a little about me

Every job I had involved working with my hands and beating up my back. I also have kyphosis which doesn't exactly make things easier. I'm not a coach nor a medical professional, but I understand what you people go through. I have much respect for the people who do manual labor due to the fact that you sacrifice parts of your life, whether it's going to the gym, doing your favorite sport or any other hobbies, so you could get the REAL work done. Therefor I will use whatever knowledge I have and can gather to help make your life a little easier.
